integrative health coaching program

We will work together to understand your health history including an assessment of current state, establish intentions for where you want your health, practice aligned actions and hold you accountable to sustain the lifestyle changes for long-term vitality. We will dive into practices around movement, mindset, nourishment, and connection and create holistic foundational habits and rituals that work for YOU! You will have 1-on-1 support throughout the program with a total of 8 virtual sessions. By the end of the 12 weeks, you will have established and practiced new, sustainable habits, developed a level of awareness of your mind and body, and feel empowered on how to best nourish your body on and off the plate.  

  • 12 weeks (3 months) of coaching
  • In-depth initial health consultation to go through your health history and goals
  • Bi-weekly virtual sessions (8 total)
  • Personalized diet, lifestyle, stress management, movement and supplementation recommendations 
  • Consistent accountability to help you achieve your goals and bring you into alignment

  • You are under the age of 18
  • You are wanting a quick-fix weight loss/diet plan
  • You have an active eating disorder
  • You aren’t willing to commit to the effort required for change

1:1 mindset & breathwork
coaching

Designed to teach you how to use your breath as a powerful tool for stress management, gut regulation, hormone support, and energy regulation. Each session will guide you through personalized techniques to calm your nervous system, boost clarity, and create small shifts that lead to lasting wellness.

  • A simple, approachable overview of how breathwork impacts your nervous system, stress response, and hormonal health.
  • Tailored mindset and breathing techniques based on your goals—whether you’re looking to calm, energize, or rebalance.
  • Practical tips to weave breathwork into your daily routines, supporting long-term health and sustainable habits.
  • Sessions are held via Zoom, so you can access support from the comfort of your home or office. (option for in-person if located in San Diego)

If you are looking to educate your team on taking a holistic approach to wellness or a specific wellness topic, let's work together to bring it to life! It is time to empower your team to prioritize their well-being so that they can show up with a full-cup and reach their full potential.
